Obama Retreats on Contraception

So now the insurance carrier is mandated to provide free contraceptives, the morning after pill and abortions. All for free. And just who is going to pay for all of this? And Obama, with all of his infinite wisdom, has proclaimed that medical costs under his plan will be more affordable. Every week it seems, something else comes out about ObamaCare that proves just how ridiculous the entire ObamaCare fiasco really is.

President Obama again proves that he is President of all the people and listens to the concerns of all the people. The Republicans continue to prove that they are only interested in attacking the President so they can go back to corporatist agenda.

The Republicans wanted a wedge issue. Instead, The President gave them a wedgie. They are being out-foxed at every move. Except on Fox where they tell each other how rosy thngs are for them.

With single payer all these problems would have been prevented. With the public option many of these problems would have been prevented. But in an effort to gain Republican support the President went with the Republican "buyers mandate". Of course since the President was willing to go with the Republican “buyers mandate” the Republican suddenly turned against it.

The actuaries have said it is cheaper to prevent unwanted &/or high risk pregnancies with free contraception than pay for the massive costs birthing involves.

Guess you've been hiding under a log in your little pond. This is not only a Republican or Catholic concern, but many Democrats, Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va being the most vocal, and other Religious organizations are just as concerned and have orated that. This is a case of government intrusion plain and simple, however you and many others fail to see that.

If this was “Government intrusion plain and simple” the President would not have tried to find a solution that most people can live with. But I guess the Government intrusion line is the only propaganda you can work with since Presidents Obama's willingness to work out a solution with the Catholic Church proves he is not trying to attack religion.
