Walter Mellone Manne wrote: <quoted text> So if I kick an 8 month pregnant woman in the stomach, killing the fetus but otherwise not injuring the mother, I cannot be charged? Good to know... You misunderstand the nature of fetal homicide laws, obviously. They give the fetus no rights, merely the status of crime victim for the purpose of that specific law only. Not all states have such laws, in many of those that do, the law is only applicable where the death of the fetus has occured during the commission of another crime, and all explicitly exempt voluntary abortion. The WOMAN has all the rights, and what you describe is an assault on her, and a forced abortion.

big al wrote: As usual, the genetic distance from Caucasians to Africans is large, but note that the Africans that are farthest from Caucasians are the West Africans (e.g., Nigerians) and the Pygmies, indicating that they are descendants of the first migrants into Africa. The short stature of the pygmies is consistent with the short stature of Australopithecus. The West Africans live near the chimpanzees and are the most simian of the Africans, which is consistent with an early generalized Australopithecus from Eurasia entering Africa and interbreeding with chimpanzees. The next migrants were the steatopygous Australopithecines, probably from the Orient, then India, who became the San (Bushmen and Hottentots). And the last migrants were modern Caucasians, probably from the Middle East, who interbred with earlier migrants and became the NE Africans. Oh, go crawl back under you bridge. No one cares what a bottom feeder like you thinks.

Feeling a little sad about Whitney, but she's with God now, so all is well. Yeah, I tell em, but you know there are those who simply can't handle the truth, lol. They want to bring it, but don't like it when you hurl it back in their hypocritical faces. Such is life, lol.

I just don't agree with it. The person you were replying to neither agrees with nor acknowledged that at one point, slavery was quite LEGAL. Revisionist history. That was my point, and yours, if I'm not mistaken.

There are no parallels between obama and lincoln. General Robert E Lee wrote: <quoted text> No matter my name, it could be anything, my thoughts and beliefs would not change, just like civil war history, Lincoln, todays challenges, Obama, all have a lot in common, but try to get most blacks to see it, let alone get it, forget about it. I could play tit for tat with the likes of Bappie, and her rants, and spin, but i won't, my posts are accurate, the truth hurts those that deny it, and racsim and bigotry come from those who denounce them, the most.

How boring, another racist neanderthal. big al wrote: <quoted text> How refreshing, another loud and proud black female caricature. Since abortion is the theme in this thread, aborting black babies now would be more cost-effective than paying for their inevitable incarceration later and is thus one form of welfare which should be instituted immediately. In fact, I’ll start the ball rolling by dropping off my extra coat hangers at the local housing project.

Sex is healthy, both physically and mentally. Might as well tell everyone that if they don't want to be in a car wreck, never leave the house. General Robert E Lee wrote: This whole abortion and contraceptive thing, bunch of bull, just another example of how people have lost touch with reality, and especially on the definition of what dependency on government means. Don't want children, don't have sex, works every time. Live within your means, not mine. There is an article I read this morning about this guy who says he does not get, or need government assistance. The person in the article also states that his kids are on the free lunch program, free before and after school care program, all are on medicaid, and he receives the earned income tax credit. BUT, he does not need assistance?

I have many friends--and I've met every one of them face-to-face. Ever had that happen to you? A hooker is working, dear--something else you know nothing about. I have sex for fun. A Baby is Life wrote: You really want him! Hahahaha! Don't be jealous because I actually made a friend here. Friends come in all forms, porkette. A date is an experience you're not had in a while. Wrong. Those are all government agencies, not people. More to the point, they can and do refuse people who apply, so there is no forcing. The programs are designed to help the needy. It's about compassion; you should find some. Walter Mellone Manne wrote: <quoted text> Yes we do. Welfare, Section 8, AFDC, Food Stamps, WIC, etc...
