The country is on fire, and we have this type of crap called news. Who knows, maybe these kids bit her first -- as unruly as kids are today? BOTOH, the perpetrator(s) should be tested for rabies.

If this was my kid, story would read "Cops find woman unconscious and beaten about the head and shoulders after she bites infant and toddler".

That indeed could be dangerous - she could have a concealed weapon besides her teeth.....<wink>

Don't blame Ann Coulter.
None of the bitten children have died.

Also not guilty: Mike Tyson.

She's beyond help. They should keep her locked up in a cage for two weeks just to monitor her for rabies symptoms, and then put her to sleep.

Good point, although that may just be because they got to them quickly, before she had a chance to drain them of blood. ;)

Having suffered from torture from my only sibling, 19 months younger than myself all my life, I think there is more to this story. Chances are the older child bit the baby first and the mother bit the older one in order to let her know how it felt.
Some parents lightly bite babies to show affection. I think there is more to this story.
Children today are horribly behaved. What on earth goes on at school? If they aren't being taught manners at home, then you'd think they would be at school.
These stores should start posting warning signs to parents at the entrance that they are welcome but expected to keep their kids under control. They need to say they will be asked to leave if their kids start acting up, screaming, crying, demanding everything inn sight and running around wildly like they are on a playground and touching everything they can with their germy hands when they aren't sneezing and coughing all over the place.
TARGET STORES are you listening? The one by me is so bad that it is impossible to shop there after school gets out around 2:00 p.m. All these stupid parents driving their enormous SUV'S come driving in and proceed to let their blankety blank g.d. kids run and scream all over the store.
This happens at other places and I think the stores are foolish not to post a warning as it would be very easy for a serious injury to happen to someone.
Laundromats have these signs so why not the grocery and other stores? Too many of these parents think only of themselves and don't pay any attention to their kids as they shop talking loudly on their cell phones. It is not surprising to see all the brats when you observe their stupid parents.
I was at Target a week ago and in walked a woman in her 20's with her boyfriend or husband and she was wearing her pajama bottoms with a tee shirt top.
When I was growing up, it was considered a treat to go shopping and most people dressed up for the occasion, especially if they were planning to have lunch while they were out shopping for something other than hardware, groceries or gas.
I do believe in " bite him back;" but in this case, the biter was an adult stranger. Not a lesson deserved, but a really creepy thing.

Re: dressing down; I was at opening night of a theater recently, and saw more than one man dressed in a t-shirt. I had felt underdressed in a sport jacket. The times, they are a'changin'.

Biting your child back is not only wrong, but it demonstrates that older or bigger people are allowed to behave in such a manner. And generally they don't realize it feels the same to other people. We are after all taught to have a conscience. But it wasn't the mother. So illiterate people should probably mind their own ignorant business. Not to mention it is a form of child abuse. And props to one Ryder. Cracked me up to.
