You are really being too kind to Robbie Rogers. His first 4 possessions were straight giveaways, and the PK he converted came from a very soft handball call that likely would not have been called in a tight game. Of course, I'd find it hard to come up with a Top 3 out of the bunch. Julius James likely should have been 2 of the bottom 3.

Rogers and Ekpo couldn't pass the ball successfully to each other if they were passing on an empty field!

Adversity is not always a bad thing. Its an opportunity for the leaders of this team to step up. The mature players know what it takes to win and it is within the hearts and souls of these players to decide the outcome. Its about a hunger to stay competitive each match and to improve. This club needs supporters to support these players. For the whiners and crybabies, who after one game are itching for a new coach/fo, please stay home we simply dont need you in the stands.

Shawn, yes your top three.Com e on man, he play 15 min.and DC was tried towards the end.My bottom list, were Balchan,Gaven,Ekpo,James, Medoza. Robbie just because he scored that doesn't mean that he should be on the top list. The kid played only 15 minutes, got lucky and lost the ball many times. He's the same player like last year hasn't changed his style at all.Wait and see before posting your rating or if you taped the game go back and watch how they played before you rate the players. They played terrible like they didn't know how to play.So as a reporter report the facts not lies.We watch and we judged on what we saw.

Shawn was not reporting a LIE. He was stating a judgment based on his point of view. JUST LIKE YOU DID. Your point of view and opinions are not necessarily FACTS. Have a nice day.

I would add Duka and Chad Marhsall to the bottom and change it to the "bottom 5". That 3rd goal was a howler and sucked the life out of the team-that was all on Chad.

The team did play with some fire once Rogers was subbed in. The team was missing the creative spark which he added. I want to see more of that this year.

Hopefully they can get better. I have to have realistic expecations, though. A lot of success (Crew, OSU Football, OSU Basketball,) over the years has made my expectations too high; I think.

Hey Shawn, can you give us a little more on the reserve matches? We're going to be seeing a lot of personnel changes I think, and it would be good to see how these guys are doing. Thanks!
