I concur, he is a safe, solid, stare decisis type judge of moderate to leans liberal perpsective. He will be there 6 years and will retire after a sound career on the bench.
Of the other three, only Judge Cleland is of jurist material. The other two should be blocked for confirmation.

Robert A. Freedberg, Northampton County's president judge since 1991 and a jurist for 28 years, has been nominated by the Governor to a seat on the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
