if bush dont sign the bill the congress have to go back to square 1. it would take another few months before he gets a chance to veto another 1, its all his fault cause he like a spoiled kid he turn down a nice sweet cake of a monstrous budget. again the decider responsibility.

The ability and overt adding of items to a war supplemental bill by Senators (... and Congressmen/Congresswomen) in their respective bills while yielding to lobbyists and their own specials home state interests is and has been a CROCK!

If one pays taxes, is this how they should be spent ... and added to a war supplemental bill?

They do that to make Bush look bad if he Veto's it they cry look what he did as they point finger's at him for Vetoing this Bill and killing all those programs.
