That's one reason why there should be term limits. Even if they get fired, they get 100% retirement.

Interesting to see where each of the current presidential candidates falls on these lists. The one who is always spouting about fighting special interests seems to be the biggest spender of taxpayer money for special interests! Go figure.

We need to stop the so-called "ear-marking" of projects. We need a line-item veto. And, we need another William Proxmire with his "Golden Fleece Award."
