Shelby addresses large crowd in B'port

how do you think shelby would feel if he knew that appox. 300 citizens are being arrest for late water bills. steer clear of this city!!!!!!!!!!

That would be garabge bills. I belive everyone should pay to have thier garabge picked up. The ones on Social security or SSI can get it free, but everyone else should pay. I don't like the Mayor, but people should pay thier bills. The rate is $10.75 a month and only the ones owing over a $100.00 is being arrested. Jackson County is issuing arrest warrants for failure to participate. Thats people not paying thier garabge bills. The city and county have to pay it why not the citizens.

City garbage is so important to the safety of the people. They absolutely should have to pay it. If I told you pay your bill or your arrested would you pay it? Sure you would. You are already should have paid it. Yes they should be arrested if they do not pay what they owe.

Our little city is poor. If people do not pay their bills, the city will not be able to afford to keep city garage running. Then what? The water will be affected, play grounds and parks will be affected the entire city will suffer the consequences.

I bet if you checked and if JWL would let you look at the bills it is not the poor people not paying. I would bet the one's that can afford to paid JWL lets them slide on by. Before everyone jumps my ass I have no way of backing this up, but this is the way is. You wash JWL back and he will wash yours with free grabage service.

Not a thing wrong with stating you’re opinion. Only those with something to hide or it hits to close to home would jump you about stating you’re opinion.
