No that way Americans can have insurance that cost the insured more than if we paid cash for the service 20 years ago...The Insurance makes big bucks for the drug companies and the Insurance companies....healings paid for where always concidered quackery and the health food industry accused of quackery and bought out by pharmecueticals....so now we have one big quacked medical system....
