In reversal, Cheney says China doesn't drill off Cuba
Vice President Dick Cheney 's office has acknowledged that he erred when he told an audience this week that China is drilling for oil off the coast of Cuba.

Yes, Cheney lying......I am shocked....simply shocked. Whoever would have thought that our VP would look the American people in the face and lie to them?
