I don't vote for 'parties' I vote for issues. Conley is right on all my issues. In November, Bob Conley will become the first Democrat I ever vote for.

1 How angry does an individual have to be to BREAK with the Republican Party and Lindsey Graham's selling out the American workers to the multinationals, the Chamber of Commerce, and other big business interests? How angry does an individual have to be with the Republican Party pushing an endless occupation in Iraq to be accepted by traditional, God fearing, conservative Democrats in the state of South Carolina? Why are Graham's cronies, if Bob is such a long shot, trying to crucify Bob on what is obviously a minor paperwork oversight on the part of a Graham supporter in the Horry County Republican Party? Bob resigned his position in February after working for a few months to support real change and support for the common working people of South Carolina and the rest of America by getting a populist, anti-war candidate elected. If that makes him sound like a Republican to you, you've got bad hearing. Most of the Republican leadership, including McCain's lapdog, are for unsecured borders open to terrorists and criminals as well as to slave labor for corporations. Voters switch parties. Many voters split tickets. Some go back and forth between the parties. It's a fact of life. Politicians sometimes switch parties, too--especially when there's absolutely no hope for the party they're in. Look at recent elections and voter turnouts. The Republican Party has betrayed the working folks and middle class of this country again and again. Men without spines are attempting to destroy the backbone of this country. And now that the Republicans are being punished for their betrayals, the politicians in their party are starting to whine and sling mud and lies. Lindsey Graham spent over $3 million to defeat someone who wouldn't have even been running against him to begin with if Lindsey had not betrayed the citizens of South Carolina. This recent attack on Bob is just more of his millions being spent to fool folks into thinking the Democrats don't have a candidate running against him. The truth of the matter is that Lindsey is running scared. Lindsey knows that a traditional Southern Democrat who believes in family values and our rights as enumerated in the U.S. Constitution is his worst nightmare. Voters in South Carolina are very intelligent. They have frequently split their tickets in the past to elect INDIVIDUALS. They’ve also pulled the knives out of their backs on several occasions when they’ve dumped incumbent traitors. Beasley (twice) and Hodges come to mind as good examples. The individual is more important than the party. Bob, no matter what his past honorable affiliations, has realized that the time has come for him, as an INDIVIDUAL, to leave the party of betrayal and join the party that has traditionally stood up for the working men and women of this great state. This time, South Carolina voters, no matter what their party affiliation, who care about their rights, their wages, and the war will turn out to elect Bob Conley who will take the CITIZENS of this state to Washington, D.C. with him. Bob offers the working men and women of this state the opportunity to put THEMSELVES into office with Bob Conley. With Lindsey Graham, they have had their thoughts and feelings purposefully ignored while big corporations buy favors with millions of dollars in campaign contributions. Personally, I can recall numerous instances of Graham whining about how unfairly the corporations and illegals are being treated but I’ve never once heard him stand up for U.S. citizens. Lindsey Graham has sold his soul to the corporations. Bob Conley will not. Bob Conley is one of us. As a matter of fact, Bob has inspired me to become a traditional conservative Democrat as well. Remember what Lindsey had to say to the racist organization La Raza. He said anyone who was opposed to illegal immigration were stupid bigots. I guess anyone who believes in enforcing the laws of the US are stupid, racist, bigots in his eyes. This state does not need his kind of help in Washington so lets vote him out this November.

Lindsay Graham wants amnesty for the Illegals and calls people that don't bigots. He's also "pissed off" at vets that ask for their health care benefits.

If you go with the Dims, then you're as much for amnesty and La Raza as Linsey is. Vote McBride http://www.markmcbride.us/ http://www.youtube.com/watch... |
Lindsey said that the education bill for the military as a benefit would prompt too many to leave the service.(I think that is absurd.) Graham is in the military himself, spent some time in Iraq serving as a military lawyer. He has spent the last 6 months traveling with John McCain as his confidant and advisor. Claims he can better serve McCain as Senator to get bills passed. We'll see what happens. |
