Profiling someone mental state of mind is illegal, without a degree you are not authroised to a opinion at all. With a degree your not authorised to be online or gossip with anyone, all yoru observations better be on a police report and if it was a legal opinion you assist the welfare of a person or if it was a faulty observation prison for misconduct.
