Damn, can you remember back farther than last Tuesday or what? How clueless are you? The whole point of bringing up her "rockstar" status is precisely that - the Republicans spent months deriding Obama, claiming (falsely) that his supporters only liked him because he was a newbie and a rockstar and a messiah. And now Palin comes along, and the conservative base screams that her claim to fame IS the fact that she's a newbie and a rockstar and a messiah. It's amazing, and disgusting.

Or does it just come naturally?

Founder of AIP. Joe Vogler, and his cronies wanted to do what the southern confederacy was unable to do 1861-65: work from within as a stated goal to overcome resistance from the main political parties. It is easy to prove that Barack Obama never palled with radicals but the Palins should answer for extremist and radical ties with those who would disrupt our union of the United States of America. Shouldn't this be a major issue in this campaign? Hell, you're voting for and rallying around someone who has an inherent problem with this country - I thought you'd be jubulant about someone you perceived would be disruptive to the union. Be real, liberals think we deserve all the bad luck we can get, you don't give a sh-i-t about the union.

What on earth does calling yourself an American Indian or an African-American or a Mexican-American have to do with anything. Indians would probably be called Indian-American if it were not for the distinction between them and East-Indians. He is proud of his heritage as I am proud of my English/Scottish heritage. "I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands: one Nation under God, indivisible, With Liberty and Justice for all." I Pledge Allegiance: I Promise to be faithful and true (Promise my loyalty) to the flag: to the emblem that stands for and represents of the United States: all 50 states, each of them individual, and individually represented on the flag of America: formed into a UNION of one Nation. and to the Republic: And I also pledge my loyalty to the Government that is itself a Republic, a form of government where the PEOPLE are sovereign for which it stands: this government also being represented by the Flag to which I promise loyalty. one Nation under God: These 50 individual states are united as a single Republic under the Divine providence of God, "our most powerful resource" (according to the words of President Eisenhower) Indivisible: and can not be separated.(This part of the original version of the pledge was written just 50 years after the beginning of the Civil War and demonstrates the unity sought in the years after that divisive period in our history) with Liberty: The people of this Nation being afforded the freedom to pursue "life, liberty, and happiness" and Justice: And each person entitled to be treated justly, fairly, and according to proper law and principle for All: And these principles afforded to EVERY AMERICAN, regardless of race, religion, color, creed, or any other criteria. Just as the flag represents 50 individual states that can not be divided or separated, this Nation represents millions of people who can not be separated or divided. I believe rather than highlighting our differences, we should respect or at least tolerate our differences. If we try, all Americans will benefit. Then the only hyphenation we'd have is "Proud-American". McCain should have never apologized as liberals always mistake any expression of kindness as weakness. I'm pissed at McCain. Obama is a traitor - McCain shouldn't be apologizing for it. Obama has turned on everyone who got him to where he is when the relationships became politically untenable - Rev. Wright, Louis Farahkhan and Bill Ayres immediately come to mind. Hell, he even threw his grandmother under the bus to score political points. Nobody should turn their back on that piece of human excrement.

Now that she is on her own, she can't even answer simple questions about non-political subjects, like what magazines and newspapers she reads! If it isn't a question about a subject that her campain wrote her an answer to, she can't answer it! The woman can't think for herself! She does not even know where McCains stands on half the issues! McCain and her say 2 seperate things about the same subject! Get real poeple, she was just a way for the McCain Campain to attract women to vote for him! Hopefully you women see through this stupid Palin Pawn and vote for our soon to be president, Obama!

Quite the contrary, he loved her very much, she actually had a major role in raising him. He simply stated the truth. That she was a 'typical white woman' of her time who was somewhat fearful of blacks, even though she loved him dearly. That's just a simple statement of fact -- and it's accurate. That certainly doesn't equate "throwing her under the bus"! But it's quite interesting how YOU chose to interpret it, isn't it?

You're calling me a dip, and you voted for W TWICE???? Pahleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! Please do not vote in any more elections, thanks. Jerry wrote: Obama is a muslim. Palin is an American. Barack Obama's newly appointed Muslim outreach adviser is coming under fire for meeting with Islamic groups with extremist views, just two months after her predecessor resigned over links to a radical cleric. Minha Husaini met with members of several Islamic organizations in Virginia on September 15 -- including some that terrorism experts say have ties to Hamas and the radical Muslim Brotherhood. Among the attendees were senior members of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which was listed by federal prosecutors as an unindicted co-conspirator in a terror-related trial. Several people connected to CAIR have been convicted of felonies -- including on terrorism-related charges. CAIR bills itself as the nation's largest Muslim civil-rights advocacy group. As recently as last year, it advised the Transportation Security Administration on sensitivity training regarding Muslim air travelers. Nihad Awad, a CAIR co-founder and executive director, met with President Bush in the aftermath of 9/11. But critics say CAIR has a long history of masquerading as a moderate Islamic group. "These groups, even if they themselves are not active terrorist organizations, do subscribe to large amounts of the ideology that fuels the terrorism that we are being confronted with," said Andrew McCarthy, former Assistant U.S. Attorney. CAIR did not return repeated calls for comment. Awad, who was at the September meeting with Husaini, recently attended a dinner with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Also present at the Sept. 15 meeting was Mahdi Bray, who has publicly announced his support for the terrorist groups Hamas and Hezbollah. Bray, the executive director of the Muslim American Society Freedom Foundation, raised his fist in the air during a rally in Washington in October 2000 to demonstrate his support for the terror groups. Bray refused to comment on the recent gathering. "It was a closed meeting," Johari Abdul Malik, imam of the Dar Al-Hijrah Mosque in Falls Church, Va., also participated in the meeting. During a conference in Chicago in 2001, he told attendees, "You can blow up bridges, but you cannot kill people who are innocent on their way to work." In November 2004 he told followers, "You will see Islam move from being the second largest religion in America -- to being the first religion in America." Obama campaign spokesman Ben LaBolt said the campaign would not have sent a representative to the meeting had it known the list of participants. "This meeting was not organized by the campaign -- our outreach staff attends many meetings in the course of each day and they accepted an invitation from community leaders to attend," LaBolt told FOX News in a written statement. The Obama campaign's previous Muslim outreach advisor, Mazen Asbahi -- who stepped down in August following reports he was linked to a radical imam -- also attended the meeting. You idiot, Obama is NOT a Mulsim....Jez...at least get your facts straight so you don't come off like a complete moron http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/muslim.a...
