I'm asking YOU to vote NO on this rule, this is a Rule that would let the Broker Dealers and the SEC, oversee the Index Annuities which are fix Annuities. The Broker Dealers are trying to get into these products because the investor is leaving unsafe mutual funds and Stocks. Just look at how the investor put more money into these products in February of 2008 then into the stock market. causing the Broker Dealer and SEC to loss power and profits. With SEC example of oversee, like they have been doing with the Madoff, and other scams around the country why would you vote for this bill. PLEASE VOTE NO ON SEC 151 A
