Low Turnout in Woodbridge Updated 1 p.m.A Usually during general elections there are three "rushes" of voters: before polls open at 7 a.m. while people are en route to work, at lunchtime and before polls close at the end of the day.
Wasn't very well spoken of either courtesy of the fact we can't have political signs around here anymore! Did ya'll remember?
