In these tough economic times bounties at a $1,000 per head would be nice. Cash vouchers issued by border patrol agents and redeemable at any U.S. Post office or social security office.
Here's how it would work: Hunters would be fined or prosecuted for deliberately shooting Illegals in the head or neck area. Non-lethal rubber bullets could be used to bring down prey with plastic zip ties and genuine police union approved handcuffs to subdue the prey until borders agents arrived. Bonuses of $10,000 for coyotes who lead the parties. With the lobbying power of the NRA and various anti- illegal immigrant groups we could dramatically reduce the number of new Illegals entering the country. We could literally reduce the 12+ million already here. Day labor sites would dry up and disappear almost immediately forcing massive self deportation. It's humane, would provide challenging hunting for both the hunter and the hunted. Just like regular hunting rules would apply, make sure you know you are taking Illegals only.(Fines would be Imposed for carelessness and mistakes) Congress can appropriate a measly $40 million to fund the bounties, and associated costs to print up vouchers for border patrol agents to issue. This would be an exciting way to help low income families and recreational hunters achieve the goal of quickly reducing the amount of illegals presently here or contemplating coming here! I really do think this could work and it would actually help the U.S. economy. Paintballers would especially love this! Any attorneys out there who would be willing to help draft this Idea into to a measure for special election or the next ballot??? |

Don't see any realistic solutions here, just a bunch of garbage talk.
Majority of illegals are staying put, riding out the storm. You will have to deal with them sooner or later. |

"The Bush League: How The GOP Rolled Back Federal Voting Rights Enforcement Democracy and Elections: The Bush Administration's strategy on voting rights was to reverse the civil rights movement's gains. Quote: "ACORN is making headlines again for filing voter registrations for the dead, the underage and some showing fictitious signatures in Indiana. Suggestions of a criminal investigation are coming out for ACORN groups getting the vote out for Obama. ACORN otherwise known as Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now has been in the news in multiple cities across America lately for filing voter registrations for people that were dead, underage and in some cases duplicate filings. The latest report from The Times, NWI.com , is from Lake County Indiana. Lake County elections officials have confirmed that a "large portion" of 5,000 registration forms turned in from the ACORN group, have been found to have problems and have been rejected. The job of the county elections board was to weed out invalid registrations and according to Lake County Republican Chairman John Curley, more invalid forms may have been missed and slipped into the voter rolls. Curley is recommending a criminal investigation take place into the matter. At a news conference on Wednesday, Curley stated "Fraudulent applications are the workings of ACORN groups operating from Milwaukee and Chicago who are getting out the vote for Obama. I'm Republican, but I want everyone who should vote to vote. But I want a clean election. An ACORN spokesperson couldn't be reached Wednesday for comment. Telephones to ACORN offices in Gary, Indianapolis, Chicago and Milwaukee were reported to be disconnected. One of the apparent problems according to Elections Board Director Sally LaSota and a county elections board technologist overseeing voter registration Ruthann Hoagland is that ACORN members took names from the phone book, filled out the forms and forged some signatures. Curley said one registration form was filled out in the name and address of Jimmy John's, a Crown Point fast-food outlet. Another registration, dated in August, is in the name of a Gary man who died Nov. 16, 2007, according to his death certificate. Hoagland said large numbers of voter registration forms bore signatures all in the same apparent handwriting style. Not only are the invalid registration forms an issue at this point, but many people that should be able to legitimately vote, might not be able to because ACORN members "delivered incomplete registrations" and the election staff may not have the time to research and complete the process before the middle-of-the-month deadline. On September 14, 2008, ACORN was in the news for problems with voter registrations from Michigan with fraudulent and duplicate voter registration applications. In that case the problem was referred to as "ACORN submitted applications are numerous applications filed in one name, described as a 'huge number,' and some with names that appear to be made up." In August of 2008, the problem was again in Milwaukee." |

Let’s take a closer look at the ACORN Obama knows. Last July, ACORN settled the largest case of voter fraud in the history of Washington State. Seven ACORN workers had submitted nearly 2,000 bogus voter registration forms. According to case records, they flipped through phone books for names to use on the forms, including “Leon Spinks,”“Frekkie Magoal” and “Fruto Boy Crispila.” Three ACORN election hoaxers pleaded guilty in October. A King County prosecutor called ACORN’s criminal sabotage “an act of vandalism upon the voter rolls.” The group’s vandalism on electoral integrity is systemic. ACORN has been implicated in similar voter fraud schemes in Missouri, Ohio and at least 12 other states. The Wall Street Journal noted:“In Ohio in 2004, a worker for one affiliate was given crack cocaine in exchange for fraudulent registrations that included underage voters, dead voters and pillars of the community named Mary Poppins, Dick Tracy and Jive Turkey. During a congressional hearing in Ohio in the aftermath of the 2004 election, officials from several counties in the state explained ACORN’s practice of dumping thousands of registration forms in their lap on the submission deadline, even though the forms had been collected months earlier.” In March, Philadelphia elections officials accused the nonprofit advocacy group of filing fraudulent voter registrations in advance of the April 22nd Pennsylvania primary. The charges have been forwarded to the city district attorney’s office. Under the guise of “consumer advocacy,” ACORN has lined its pockets. The Department of Housing and Urban Development funds hundreds, if not thousands, of left-wing “anti-poverty” groups across the country led by ACORN. Last October, HUD announced more than $44 million in new housing counseling grants to over 400 state and local efforts. The White House has increased funding for housing counseling by 150 percent since taking office in 2001, despite the role most of these recipients play as activist satellites of the Democratic Party. The AARP scored nearly $400,000 for training; the National Council of La Raza (”The Race”) scooped up more than $1.3 million; the National Urban League raked in nearly $1 million; and the ACORN Housing Corporation received more than $1.6 million. As the Consumer Rights League points out in its new expose, the ACORN Housing Corporation has worked to obtain mortgages for illegal aliens in partnership with Citibank. It relies on undocumented income,“under the table” money, which may not be reported to the Internal Revenue Service. Moreover, the group’s “financial justice” operations attack lenders for “exotic” loans, while recommending 10-year interest-only loans (which deny equity to the buyer) and risky reverse mortgages. Whistleblower documents reveal internal discussions among the group that blur the lines between its tax-exempt housing work and its aggressive electioneering activities. The group appears to shake down corporate interests with relentless PR attacks, and then enters “no lobby” agreements with targeted corporations after receiving payment. |

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review has details:
U.S. Sen. Barack Obama’s presidential campaign paid more than $800,000 to an offshoot of the liberal Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now for services the Democrat’s campaign says it mistakenly misrepresented in federal reports. An Obama spokesman said Federal Election Commission reports would be amended to show Citizens Services Inc.— a subsidiary of ACORN — worked in “get-out-the-vote” projects, instead of activities such as polling, advance work and staging major events as stated in FEC finance reports filed during the primary. FEC spokeswoman Mary Brandenberger said it is not unusual for campaigns to amend reports, even regarding large sums of money. But, said Blair Latoff, spokeswoman for the Republican National Committee:“Barack Obama’s failure to accurately report his campaign’s financial records is an incredibly suspicious situation that appears to be an attempt to hide his campaign’s interaction with a left-wing organization previously convicted of voter fraud. For a candidate who claims to be practicing ‘new’ politics, his FEC reports look an awful lot like the ‘old-style’ Chicago politics of yesterday.” |

Some wisdom from another poster.
A little bit of mathematics: Six immigrants will cost six citizens a single construction contract with a specific company. Six irresponsible CEOs will cost millions of citizens their jobs, their life savings, and their homes. And yet, much anger is directed at the poorest and least powerful demographic in the nation. Ladies and gentlemen if you want to play the victim card that's fine, but you need to admit who is victimizing you. |
There are 12-20 million illegal aliens in our country costing the American tax payer billions of dollars a year. Give me six American CEO's any day! |

Cuyahoga board probes ACORN voter registration drive
Posted by Joe Guillen August 27, 2008 23:55PM CLEVELAND -- A national organization that conducts voter registration drives for low-income people has curtailed its push in Cuyahoga County after the Board of Elections accused its workers of submitting fraudulent registration cards. The board is investigating the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now. Results of the inquiry could be turned over to the county prosecutor. Board employees said ACORN workers often handed in the same name on a number of voter registration cards, but showing that person living at different addresses. Other times, cards had the same name listed, but a different date of birth. Still another sign of possible fraud showed a number of people living at an address that turned out to be a restaurant. "I'm obviously very concerned," Board Chairman Jeff Hastings said. "This goes to the essence of our democracy." ACORN had a part-time staff of 30 who worked five days a week to find unregistered people. The workers made $8 an hour and were required to sign up 20 voters in each five-hour shift. The elections board's registration department said in a report that ACORN's quota contributed to the possible fraud. ACORN stopped the registration efforts of the part-timers on Aug. 15. Three salaried employees continue the drive to sign up voters. Kristopher Harsh, head organizer for the agency's Cleveland office, said it is unlikely a full-fledged movement will resume before the Nov. 4 election. ACORN has submitted about 75,000 voter registration cards to the Cuyahoga board this year. Board employees are unsure how many of the cards are fraudulent. But the voter registration department received so many suspicious cards that it began compiling a binder with evidence. The binder grew to be an inch-thick. At its Tuesday meeting, the elections board cancelled five fraudulent registrations submitted by ACORN workers. The cases involved already-registered voters who alerted the board after being notified by mail that their registration records had been updated. Fraudulent cards not caught by the board should not harm the November election, said Betty Grant Edwards, manager of the board's registration department. She said information on registration cards must match required identification shown at the polls. If the facts do not match, a voter receives a provisional ballot and the information is checked before the vote is counted. ACORN is a national organization that promotes social justice for low and moderate-income families. It is among many groups, some politically affiliated, that register voters. In August 2006, elections boards in Franklin and Summit counties investigated potentially bogus registration cards submitted by ACORN. The Franklin board turned over 500 cards to its county prosecutor, but the board's Deputy Director Matthew Damschroder said the prosecutor could not file charges because it was impossible to nail down who filled out the fake cards. ACORN's national voter registration director, Kimberly Olsen, said Cleveland voter registration efforts have been wildly successful. "We hit our goals early, registering 86,000 people in Cleveland proper," Olsen said Wednesday in a written statement. |

Send the six illegal immigrants packing, send the specific company with them, have them pick up the six CEO's and illegally take them into their country of origin, now let's see those six CEO's work their magic. 12 - 15 million of the least powerful demographic...give me a break...they come to America, take jobs away from Americans, send U.S currency to their country of origin to support their countries cause...they get richer, we get poorer, who is the victim here and who is the perpetrator? If they can't get into the U.S. through legal means, they don't belong here, |

Obama Wants 12 Million Illegals to Get Citizenship
A Barack Obama administration would be a “nation killer” if Democrats attain a “supermajority” in the Senate, a leading conservative figure on immigration warned Tuesday. Obama also has said he wants to make the 12 million illegal aliens in the U.S. citizens as soon as he can — an amnesty program that would make them legally entitled to full government benefits, including Social Security and health care. William Gheen, president of the Raleigh, N.C.-based Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC), says Obama’s plan would make it politically impossible to secure America’s borders. He describes Obama and a new Democratic Congress as a “worst-case scenario” for border and immigration security. “I would paint that scenario as a nation killer,” Gheen, a former campaign consultant and an outspoken advocate for stronger border control policies, tells Newsmax.“I would expect amnesty to pass within a year. That means in the next presidential election, you will have a new voting bloc of 15 million illegal aliens who turn into voters. “And that voting bloc,” he says,“especially in the Southwest United States, would be enough to take full control of most city, state, and county governments, thus destroying any future hopes for immigration enforcement or border security.” Although GOP nominee John McCain has rarely confronted Obama during the campaign over immigration — presumably to avoid alienating Hispanic voters — Obama’s record reflects a clear focus on expanding entitlements to undocumented workers. As a state senator in Illinois, for example, Obama co-sponsored that state’s version of the DREAM Act, which allowed youngsters in the country illegally to receive in-state tuition. He later supported similar legislation in the U.S. Senate. During a September campaign swing, Obama told the North Carolina Public Radio station WUNC that the children of illegal immigrants should have an opportunity to attend community colleges. http://www.topix.com/news/immigration/2008/10... |

Legal and illegal immigration! Please review the following report on the FISCAL COST OF IMMIGRATION by economist Edwin Rubenstein just released this past week: http://www.esrresearch.com/Rubensteinreport.p... A partial summary of the report: The Fiscal Impact on 15 Federal Departments surveyed was:$346 billion in fiscal related costs in FY 2007. Each immigrant cost taxpayers more than $9,000 per year. An immigrant household (2 adults, 2 children) cost taxpayers $36,000 per year. Legal immigrants were not separated out from illegal immigrants for the fiscal impact study, but if they had been, the fiscal cost per ILLEGAL immigrant would be even more shocking than the figures quoted above. The most extensive and authoritative study, prior to economist Edwin Rubenstein's "The Fiscal Impact of Immigration" (April 200 , is the National Research Council (NRC)'s The New Americans: Economic, Demographic and Fiscal Effects of Immigration (1997). The NRC staff analyzed federal, state, and local government expenditures on programs such as Medicaid, AFDC (now TANF), and SSI, as well as the cost of educating immigrants' foreign- and native-born children. NRC found that the average immigrant household receives $13,326 in federal annual expenditures and pays $10,664 in federal taxes-that is, they generate a fiscal deficit of $2,682 (1996 dollars)per household. In 2007 dollars this is a deficit of $3,408 per immigrant household. With 9 million households currently headed by immigrants, more than $30 billion ($3,408 x 9 million) of the federal deficit represents money transferred from native taxpayers to immigrants. Our national immigration policies have to work for the United States. While improving the plight of the world's poor is a laudable goal, the finite resources we have available to fulfill that goal would be swamped if there wasn't some orderly and manageable system in place to limit entry into the United States to what this nation can actually support. The more illegal aliens that are permitted to subvert the immigration system, the fewer immigrants we can accommodate who might actually produce a positive benefit for our country. The more we become a nation of illegal immigrants, the deeper we fall into anarchy. |
