This voucher program is a f***king waste of time and money. It doiesn't save enough fuel or clean up the environment appreciably. It just moves more Detroit iron off the showroom floor...vehicles nobody wants to buy anyway! The $3-4K per vehicle is not an incentive, it's a way to appease Michigan politicians and the auto companies (I don't call them an industry anymore!). The gov't should not issue vouchers to benefit businesses or a certain group or class of buyers. Get real, people! ObamaNazi's attempt another fraud on the taxpayers.
