GOD forbid we exclude illegals from anything. the only thing we do exclude them from is following U.S. law.

Political grandstanding. This issue is something that should have been addressed years ago. Waiting until the eve of the census, when 400 million forms have already been printed, was a moronic move by Sen. Vitter. If they really cared about this issue, the Republicans would have taken care of this when they were in control of Congress and the White House. Timing is everything.
