Public health insurance plan gaining favor with senators; White House completing health bill

The goverment can't run medicar or social security why would we want them in our health care system. Fix medicar first, they already run that and it's a disaster!!!!

This is nothing more than control. This bill is nothing more than a tax hike on people who have worked hard to become successful. This is a slap in the face for everyone that will be paying for someone elses healthcare. If you want this, then everyone needs to pay into the system. No more free loaders. We as a nation has become nothing more than what can I get for free and let someone else pay for it. The government has shown they can not run anything that hasn't been over budget. Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, and the Post Office. This government takeover needs to be stopped and these politicians need to be sent packing on the next elections that votes for this bill.
