Oh by the way, since you obviously didn’t get the memo… Blacks progressed decades ago from eating “chitlins”. Blacks now eat in some of the finest restaurants and cook some very exquisite meals at home.
Back during slavery “chitlins” was pig intestines that slave owners left for their slaves after the rest of the pig was cut up for Whites on the plantation so the slaves would cook and create meals out of what they were given, thus creating a lot of the ills that persisted within the Black community over the years. But moving forward, once equality gain Blacks access to the finer things in life the diet and eating habits change with that.

Much is made of Democrat President Harry Truman's issuing an Executive Order in 1948 to desegregate the military. Not mentioned is the fact that it was Eisenhower who actually took action to effectively end segregation in the military.
