We have a friend who is bi-polar, and you don't have to be Hospialized for weeks to be treated. Something is rotten here, and it is very smelly. They are lying for this joker, and he is going to jail. That will make you nervous, and make you want to hide out in a Hospital somewhere. They don't want him talking to the authorities, but they cannot hide him forever.
