Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.

Indiana Democratic Party Head Resigns as Fraud Probe Heats Up

The chairman of the Indiana Democratic Party announced his resignation Monday, as investigators probe allegations of election fraud stemming from the 2008 Democratic presidential primary.

Dan Parker, who served for seven years, did not cite the scandal as a reason for his decision. But the ***uproar over possible fraud in a race for the White House*** has already claimed the job of one county Democratic Chairman, who sources say was forced out because of the allegations.

Numerous signatures on petitions that placed then-candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the party's primary ballot ***were allegedly forged and then certified*** by the St. Joseph County Voter Registration Office in South Bend.

St. Joseph County Prosecutor Mike Dvorak has launched an investigation.

College Student Credited With Uncovering Possible Election Fraud in Indiana's 2008 Primary

Shocking election fraud allegations have stained a state's 2008 presidential primary - and it took a college student to uncover them.

"This fraud was obvious, far-reaching and appeared to be systemic," 22-year-old Ryan Nees told Fox News, referring to evidence he uncovered while researching electoral petitions from the 2008 Democratic Party primary in Indiana.

Nees’ investigation centered on the petitions that put then-senators Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the ballot. As many as 150 of the names and signatures, it is alleged, were faked. So many, in fact, that the numbers raise questions about whether Obama’s campaign had enough legitimate signatures to qualify for a spot on the ballot.

"What seems to have happened is that a variety of people in northern Indiana knew that this fraud occurred, and actively participated and perpetuated the fraud, and did so on behalf of two presidential campaigns," according to Nees.

Prosecutors are now investigating. The scandal has already led to the sudden resignation Monday night of Butch Morgan, chairman of the St. Joseph County Democratic Party. He denied any wrongdoing, saying he looks “forward to an investigation that will exonerate me."

Suspicious petitions got a stamped signature
Former Gov. Kernan, 12 others come forward to say they didn't sign
October 12, 2011|By ERIN BLASKO | South Bend Tribune Staff Writer

SOUTH BEND - Suspected fake petition pages to place Democrats Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the ballot during the 2008 Indiana primary passed through the county voter registration office on days when the Republican head of the office was absent, The Tribune has learned.

The pages in question bear the stamped signature of Republican Linda Silcott, indicating Silcott was not in the office at the time to sign the documents by hand. By comparison, most of the other, non-suspicious pages examined by The Tribune contain Silcott's written signature.

Meanwhile, 13 more St. Joseph County residents whose signatures appear on the petitions, including former South Bend mayor and Indiana governor Joe Kernan, have come forward to say they did not sign the documents, and the Indiana Republican Party has called for a federal investigation into the matter.

"How deep does this problem go?" state GOP Chair Eric Holcomb asked. "Is it isolated to St. Joseph County or was it a broader, coordinated effort across the state?... Who forged the signatures and why?"

Typically, petition pages in St. Joseph County are signed by hand by both the Republican and Democratic members of the Board of Voter Registration.

Campaign against alleged voter fraud fuels political tempest

By Greg Gordon
http://www.realcities.com

WASHINGTON - For six years, the Bush administration, aided by Justice Department political appointees, has pursued an aggressive legal effort to restrict voter turnout in key battleground states in ways that favor Republican political candidates.

The administration intensified its efforts last year as President Bush's popularity and Republican support eroded heading into a midterm battle for control of Congress, which the Democrats won.

Facing nationwide voter registration drives by Democratic-leaning groups, the administration alleged widespread election fraud and endorsed proposals for tougher state and federal voter identification laws. Presidential political adviser Karl Rove alluded to the strategy in April 2006 when he railed about voter fraud in a speech to the Republican National Lawyers Association.

Civil rights advocates charge that the administration's policies were intended to disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of poor and minority voters who tend to support Democrats, and by filing state and federal lawsuits, civil rights groups have won court rulings blocking some of its actions.

She said the department has "a completely robust record when it comes to enforcing federal voting rights laws," citing its support last year for reauthorization of the 1965 Voting Rights Act and the filing of at least 20 suits to ensure that language services are available to non-English speaking voters.

what is it w/ ACORN and prostitutes?

quote:Breaking: Cross-Dressing Escort Registered by ACORN Imprisoned for Voter Fraud, ACORN Probe Continues in Ohio
by Matthew Vadum

ACORN just can’t seem to stay away from hookers.

The activist group, which has long worked with criminals as it preys on the weak and the troubled, is on the verge of yet another public relations catastrophe.

That’s because a cross-dressing Ohio male escort whom ACORN registered multiple times to vote was convicted of full-fledged vote fraud in addition to the lesser crime of voter registration fraud. A spokesman for Cleveland prosecutor Bill Mason (an elected Democrat) confirmed yesterday that a local investigation of ACORN remains wide open.

The conviction of Darnell Nash, apparently known by several aliases including Serina “Sexy Slay” Gibbs, is hugely significant for several reasons, not least of which is the fact that ACORN has long maintained that vote fraud, as opposed to the lesser crime of voter registration fraud, essentially never happens.

It appears to be another historic first for ACORN.

ACORN’s Ohio chapter had a run-in with another alleged prostitute last fall.

A woman named Shari Bell who was allegedly a crack cocaine user, prostitute, and ACORN worker, was arrested on drug and prostitution charges in October. Bell was arrested by Cincinnati police after she allegedly offered an undercover cop sex for money. Police found a crack pipe in the pocket of her coat.

White House Sets Ground Rules for Local Interviews
by Keith Koffler on August 21, 2012, 11:20 am

The White House is doing something with its local TV interviews that it could not easily get away with in encounters with the White House press corps, which President Obama has been studiously ignoring: choosing the topic about which President Obama and the reporter will talk.

In interviews with three local TV stations Monday, two from states critical to Obama’s reelection effort, Obama held forth on the possibility of “sequestration” if he and Congress fail to reach a budget deal, allowing him to make his favorite political point that Republicans are willing to cause grievous harm to the economy and jobs in order to protect the rich from tax increases.

Obama Monday threw the White House press corps a bone by suddenly appearing in the briefing room for 22 minutes and taking questions from a total of four reporters. It was his first press conference at the White House – albeit in miniature – since March, and only his second of the year. Obama before Monday had taken exactly one substantive question from White House reporters since June.

But the three other interviews Obama also held Monday pointed to the advantage he gets by focusing on local press, with whom he has been speaking more regularly.

... that is a gain of 111% under this administration – during the same period under Reagan the market had barely gained 16% while unemployment was 13.3% higher than it is now and the creditworthiness of the United States had sunk to its lowest level since the Revolutionary War as the entire world recognized that Reagan was the most inept and uneducated American president in history.

More wealth has been created in the United States during the past 42-months than during any 42-month period in the entire history of the world including under the Babylonian Empire and the Pharaohs of Egypt. It is every patriotic conservative American’s obligation to encourage unemployment of the ignorant and uneducated who lacked the common sense to go to this great nation’s elite Eastern colleges and professional schools, so that low wages can keep corporate profits high and the people who deserve the very best to remain wealthy. As for the riff-raff that are not even worthy to work as grounds crew at our exclusive private country clubs (there are undocumented workers for that) who are unemployed, deep sympathy, but how stupid of you not to earn your wealth the old fashioned true American way: by inheritance. US conducts experiment on survival on Muslim world

According to Ahmadinejad, today we are implementing the plan designed by the enemy. Indeed, Islam, after the Second World War and especially after the tragedy of 9/11, is regarded by the United States as the religion that supports terrorism and is interpreted as a challenge to the West, its values of democracy and human rights. For decades, the U.S. formed "vassals" among Muslim countries - yielding exponents of the US-Israeli interests in the region. Today it is Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Those who could not be tamed were moved by the United States to the rank of extremists - fundamentalist or dictators. Many countries are faced with sanctions, invasion, or a change of regime change attempt.

It seems that the U.S. is conducting an experiment on survival on the Muslim world, constantly keeping it in a boiling state. First, the collapse of Yugoslavia under the genocide sauce of Bosnian Muslims, then the creation of semi-state entity of Kosovo that has become a nightmare for Europe. The Islamic world has "swallowed" the invasion of Afghanistan (although all 19 people involved in the attack on the United States were Arabs), then - to Iraq under a veil of fabricated evidence of the existence of chemical weapons, then - the blatant massacre of Libya.

Liberals use Constitutional 'interpretation'...
to marginalize original intent

Liberals have used various means to minimize and marginalize the original intent of the Framers of the U.S. Constitution. A common method is to suggest that the meaning of the Constitution is 'open to interpretation.'

Thus, the Left has convinced a gullible public that ordinary citizens need lawyers educated at Leftwing law schools to tell us what the Constitution means. And, if the Supreme Court is packed with Leftwing revisionists who give little regard to original intent, then the decisions rendered by the court will be a far cry from the philosophy of liberty espoused by the Framers.

Thomas Jefferson said,

"On every question of construction, let us carry ourselves back to the

time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested

in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out

of the text, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in

which it was passed."

Thomas Jefferson, letter to William Johnson, June 12, 1823, The

Complete Jefferson, p. 322.

In this simple, straightforward statement, Jefferson lays out the ONLY legitimate method of understanding the meaning of the Constitution--go back to the Framers' own words and consider original intent. Every other method is illegitimate, flawed, and highly dangerous.

Jefferson also stated that 'it is every Americans' right and obligation to read and interpret the Constitution for himself.'

The following video, The Liberty Sphere Report for 4/15/2010, delineates this concept more fully and explains the critical ramifications of the courts to place 'precedent' over original intent.

What an incredibly ignorant uneducated post so characteristic of someone who has never studied sacred scripture at an elite Eastern college at the direction of learned biblical scholars who speak the ancient biblical languages.(This poster is so IGNORANT of English that s/he can't even punctuate simple sentences correctly.)
The poster takes it upon her/himself to add words to sacred scripture that WERE NEVER SPOKEN by the Lord. How sacrilegious and intellectually dishonest to violate the sanctity of the inspired Word of God. How can anyone take seriously ANYTHING that this infidel says?
.
"For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen"
The doxology of the prayer is not contained in Luke's version, nor is it present in the earliest manuscripts of Matthew, representative of the Alexandrian text. It is thus absent in the oldest and best manuscripts of Matthew, and most scholars do not consider it part of the original text of Matthew. Modern translations generally omit it.

.
The following is the ONLY and official English translation of Matthew 6:9-15 as preserved by the church established by Jesus of Nazareth and entrusted by Him for the preservation of sacred scripture and doctrine for all time:
“This is how you are to pray:
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come, your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread;
and forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors;
and do not subject us to the final test,
but deliver us from the evil one.
If you forgive others their transgressions, your heavenly Father will forgive you.
But if you do not forgive others, neither will your Father forgive your transgressions.

Nowhere do the MADE-UP WORDS [apocryphal] of the poster appear in the real Bible – the sacred scripture of Jesus of Nazareth.

One of the components of the cure is to retrieve the philosophy of the Founders and restore Constitutional law in this nation by understanding the concept of 'original intent.'

Anthony G. Martin

Walrus, you are a perfect example of what's wrong with this country...ignorant, obtuse, deliberately creating a red herring to divert attention away from the point.

Let me spell it out for you. Jefferson said when there is any dispute about the meaning of a phrase in the Constitution, look at the most probable one (that is, the one most likely out of all of the choices), which is, the original intent and spirit in which is was passed. Now, if that isn't clear enough for you, you are simply too dense to get it. I don't know why I even try to have a rational conversation with you. So, I will just stop.

Have a nice day...

There is no question among learned historians (the very same ones who know that de Vattel was an insignificant non-entity with respect to our sacred Constitution) that Jefferson bitterly opposed the Constitution. That may be one reason he ran rough-shod over it when he was president.
