Cultural Transformation and USDA's Blueprint for Stronger Service."

Could it be that everyone in upper managment will just retire instead of taking accountablitiy for the sexually abuse and discrimination going on in the USDA Forest Service!!! If the women in the public become's aware of the things going on it will change evrything and i will fight to get the story out for all us minority women and to put a stop to OBOMA'S WAR ON WOMEN!!!USDA'S WAR ON WOMEN!!

We have seen numerous sexual harassers, racial harassers, men who sexually and physically assault female USDA, Forest Service employees allowed to retire or resign in lieu of being disciplined or fired. Then the agency hires them back and they are free from any accountability. This includes the management. Secretary Tom Vilsack and Asst. Secretary Pearlie Reed are fully aware of the particulars of these cases and choose to do nothing except hide behind their so-called "Cultural Transformation" which is mainly an exercise in studies, task groups, and paperwork. Tom Vilsack and Barack Obama have perpetuated the War on Women at USDA. It must be stopped.
