I also hate Cheney. He is a liar, a crook and a chickenhawk

But the joke was funny because it is based in truth

For many centuries, the people of West Virginia have bred closely in genetically dangerous ways because of their moutain isolation.

If you don;t believe me, go there for a visit ans you will many people with both eyes on one side of their nose like a flounder
