The EPA has been taken over by the extreme environmentalists. These agencies like this and the others that make such powerful decisions that affect the country should be harnessed and forbidden to do anything more.
These agencies circumvent the power of the two houses of congress. Even though they might be in favor of them, these agencies are actually unconstitutional. Only congress should have the power to pass laws. The Supreme Court interprets them and the president has the power to veto them.(bills before they become law). In important decisions made like this.....there is no bill passed by the two housed.....the presdent cannot exercise the veto......AND WHERE IS THE SUPREME COURT??? hmmmmm? cannot it step in (it has obviously been taken over also) and take these agencies on??? Why do we sit around here in la la land and let all this stuff happen? And then we wonder why things get as bad as they do.'nuff said.
