Robert....just read the Bible and pray and be ready for anytime and anything. Dont put all your eggs in one basket. I made that mistake for 12 years and now the man is in prison. Dont trust in man!!!!! Read the Bible and pray!!!

He said he understood his Miranda rights.

"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to speak to an attorney, and to have an attorney present during any questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be provided for you at government expense."

How do you implement the right to remain silent. Will it be an indicator to the judge of lack of cooperation, or an implication of guilt? Apparently just remaining silent is not the method to activate these rights.

If anything can and will be used against me in a court of law, will the things I say also be used in my favor in a court of law?

Who decides if I can afford an attorney or not. If I make only X dollars per year and I can't afford one, will you decide I make enough that you feel I can afford one and deny me an attorney?

If the government pays for that attorney, how is the obvious conflict of interest handled? If you pay for him, then he is beholding you to, not to me and may not give me advice in my best interest.
