The Fannie May story is becoming more complicated. Sadly Congress was not supporting OFHEO in its oversight function of the GSE for quite a while. Hubris and avarice ran amok by the executives who had a duty to manage the company with integrity. So much for leaving people in charge of a cash cow without checks and balances.

Confiscate their assets and burn them at the stake. Their demoralizing actions are felt around the world and continue to show a lack of ethics in American politics and morals.
Shame on them, clean house, send them all to hell where they came from.
