When will this stop. At some point the government needs to stop spending our money. On useless handouts to their political supporters.

why not take that money and invest it solely on public works. Fix the highways, bridges, schools, dams... that way jobs are actually provided! You can extend unemployment all you want but the people are still UNEMPLOYED!!! 150 billion dollars can go a long way to get someone's life back on track with a job!

Hmmm, going on vacation was more imporatant for her last month, now all of a sudden election time is here and she threatens to cancel the next vacation?? How can anyone not see through this woman?

800 Billion soon to be over a trillion. Now Arnold wants some money to make up the shortfall that the illegals have sucked out of the economy in California. Others will certainly follow if he gets the money. Sure Nancy, what's another 150 billion? The only thing that the 150 bil will stimulate is our race to a depression. Is there any wonder why nobody trusts the government.

Where is she coming up with this number from $150 billion? How did they come up with $750 billion? Iceland (a freakin country!!!) is going bankrupt. Where are we going to get all this money from to bail everybody out? Obviously raise taxes, but then you hear both Presidential Candidates say last night we are going to lower taxes? We sound like a country spirilling out of control.

Nancy Pelosi is the worst ever. How about we take the $150 billion out of the government pension funds. Most, if not all, of Congress is already millionaires, so let's see if they are willing to give up their perks. Isn't this uncontrolled spending a big part of what got this country in this mess in the first place? Pretty soon the U.S. is going to have a 3rd-world economy if this doesn't stop.

On election day, go into the booth, look up all the incumbents.....then vote all the b@st*rds out of office. Then they'll get the message. Vote them all out.

We're well on our way....this won't stop. When the idiots in government start printing money to bail out all the other idiots that they opened the credit market to....leaving all us plain middle class folks who played by the rules to bear the burden....it's time to get out.

What ever happen to the good old days in America, when our constitutional rights were upheld and when criminals used to pay for their injustices?

In fact, I have an excellent idea for stimulating our economy while providing some real justice for Wall Street crooks that raped the American taxpayers of $700B. I think we ought to make them pay every single dollar back to the American people along with a 40% fine (none of that goes to the govt – only to the taxpayer!). Then we throw the crooks in prison, and for every dollar they cannot repay us, we put them to work in hard labor camps: throw shackles on them and make them work on rebuilding our infrastructure – roads, buildings, bridges, etc. The state govts could then pass along the savings to the taxpayer in the form of lower taxes.

Not only would that provide some real justice, but it would provide some real economic stimulus as well!
