Cal Thomas: Dems can't hide from their share of blame

Stipulated: Democrats share blame.

How much? I don't know yet, but I do know people like Cal Thomas who butter their bread by putting one or two human faces on a problem and demonizing them does not serve the interest of the public to understand grave problems like we find ourselves in today.

It is laughable that Thomas needed to dig so deeply to find a republican suggesting some regulation: The chairman of the Subcommittee on Govt Sponsored Enterprises, really? At one hearing, really! And he would have the reader believe that should counterpoint the fact that the republican party held complete majorities in the Senate, the House and the Office of the President for six years from 2001-2006 during which time they passed every piece of legislation their leadership proposed.

Boors like Thomas who have reigned during a period of radical-ruling politics need to take a break as the public cleans up the wreckage. Get out of our way!

I guess you're saying that Cal is completely incorrect and the Democrats are not at fault? Share no responsibility for the mess?

Yea, get a life. I was at a dinner party of real estate speculators and tourist folks this weekend, all good Republicans from the Inland Empire, who now can't stand these fools. These people believed in this Bush Bul$$hit hook, line, and sinker, now they are eating huge losses. This is what's happening on "Main Street". The Bush crew and the Republican loony fringe have had no discipline, no undrelying philosophy, no talent, and just wanted to steal as much a possible. Now they've succeeded beyond their wildest dreams.
