It isn't enough to get the port functional.

Not enough industry to even support a new port right now...and probably won't be for another 10 years.

Lake County needed something/anything. Unfortunately, the port is managed by functionally retarded people.

My prediction: Port will be built out, but without some of the necessary multi-modal infrastructure (lack of funds). Industrial park will garner little interest from industry (no liquid capital to relocate-no skilled workforce to do the job). Port will see some ag-related business, but not enough to support day-to-day ops.

Taxpayers have to bite the bullet for another decade and a half or until the economy picks up.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Capricorn

If you're feeling lonely and vulnerable, it seems as though someone is out to get you. Perhaps you're separated from the people you love and you don't like it. Try not to mope for too long, because there are important things that need your attention. Speaking of which, if you need to do something that you're dreading, you'll feel much better if you can get it out of the way quickly. If you leave it, the very thought of it will drain your energy.
