Why should subsidize Coast dwellers?
Because it stabilizes the state's prosperity T his is going to sound callous. I don't understand why people who live in the Delta or in Detroit should have to indefinitely subsidize the cost of homeowners ...

They shouldn't, if people choose to live on the coast then they should be soley responsible for their own property.
