Sounds like all they're going to do is turn the area into one big theme park, and the taxpayers are going to get soaked for it while PRIVATE developers make a bundle.
What's next, flood protection zones, earthquake protection zones? There's more to this than meets the eye. I smell eminent domain in all it's glory. |

This makes no sence. The government pays to rebuild homes, and now they want to pay for them again. Building new homes to current codes is the correct thing to do.
