Rep. Donnelly: Mission in Iraq improving

U.S. Rep. Joe Donnelly returned from a second trip to Iraq in five months encouraged that the mission there is going better and that by 2009 the U.S. military's role could be primarily as trainers and advisers.

Now that the surge appears to be successful, the critics now complain of a "dysfunctional" government. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Our government and ESPECIALLY congress has been dysfunctional since the beginning of the war.
