i understand the money for health care and getting it under controll but it is hurting the ones on a tight income with a 475.00 spend down which is my disability ck without any other expenses so i do belive some are taking advantage but what about elderly and disability and kids, i can not get on medicare untill jan and then it will be 4 months befor i can use it please explain please of answers because i don;t know
