Depends...if the funeral is held on private property, the funeral should be uninterupted by protesters ON the private property. On the same token, the protesters have a right to assemble on public property within the confines of local ordinances and statutes for public assembly.

If we're to remove the right of assembly, then there is no right for people to gather at a funeral, either.

Why don't we let you democrat tear up the constitution and write in your own list of rights for only special people people and give it whirl, eh?
