At the end of President Bush's first term he was not making big changes in the economy, but we could see he was doing something, so he was reelected. President Obama just talks about changes, and blames others for his poor record. We see him doing nothing, so he will not be reelected. It is sad in a way, because we thought he would do so much better.

What do you mean "we thought he could do much better?" Speak for yourself.

Did you not pay attention to his record in the Illinois Senate?

I told everyone I could corner for more than 45 seconds that the guy was a spinning gear with teeth missing.

So anti-gun that he voted to let a man be imprisoned for defending his family against an intruder, in their home, with a gun.

So pro-abortion that he stood on the floor of the Illinois Senate and in an impassioned speech declared that a fetus, its little chest heaving, its heat pounding, that survived a late term abortion "was not a human being." He voted No on the Born Alive Infant Protection Act.

He voted No on blocking software on public school computers so minors would have access to pornography.

He was the only senator to vote against a bill that would have prevented sex offenders from getting an early out.

He even voted against a bill that would have given the death penalty to gang members that murdered first responder.

I'd post his entire voting record here but it would take more posts than I'm inclined to make right now.

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Taurus

Loved ones are hard to handle today because they refuse to do what you ask. It's a very trying experience but there doesn't seem to be much you can do about it. You might also see a new side to a certain person now, perhaps when they talk about something that's very important to them which you knew nothing about until now.
