Also what is not a joke is that the Republicans have an actual plan to balance the budget in 10 years and the democrats don't plan to balance it at all except in their speeches.

Did you not notice the article you posted, the herold said, "Connie Mack called the budget plan, drafted by fellow Rep. Paul Ryan, a "joke" during a weekend Orlando Tea Party forum." Did younot notice the only word they put in quotations was "joke". You see people who want to trick stupied people into believeing someting other than the truth will do that, remove the context and furnish the one they like people to believe.
The truth is that Mack thinks it would have been a joke to cancel his plans to attend a vote which he knows would go nowhere. And to be truthful he has criticizms of the plan because it takes too long to balance the budget but that is a far cry from saying the plan itself is a joke.
