I don't understand why people don't stay in their own countries and fight to change what they don't like. I guess they'd rather live in the United States and enjoy everything the United States has to offer. Then they can talk about how terrible things are "back home", rather than doing something about it. The only reason Venezualans in the United States protest is to get the US government to let them stay here and bring their families here. It's not to help their country. I might not always agree with my government, but I would never betray my country by leaving it.

I would never betray my country by leaving it when it needed me most. The only reason the Hispanics protest in the United States is to get our government to give into them. Protesting here does nothing to help their countries. If they really want change in their countries, they should go home and fight for that change.

Get real, fix your political and socio-economic problems in your country instead of running away from it! Stop criticizing the American government and trying to change our traditions, language, and being dependent on the taxpayers for life support. If immigrants want to come to the U.S., then show patriotism and loyalty to this country and not to your own kind and your country or else, unite your people and go back to your country and fix the problem!

Let's be realistic, in a few years there will be nobody left in Mexico, Cuba, Haiti, or Venezuela, they will all be here. It's just easier to flee to the US and leach onto us then it is to stand up and fix their countries problems. And if we say anything about it they call us "bigots".

We are being very bless to be here in this beautiful america. However it is not easy to forget the ones that we left behind, that are suffering. It is not a matter of one country or another is a matter of peoples pain. Thank you for open your door to this wonderful country. We immigrants have also done great things for it. In fact, USA was made from immigrants. If you look back in your own background I am sure you or your ancester were immigrant also.

You should learn a little more before you open your mouth. Yes we do take, but we give to. And not all of us are they way you say. The are American born here the take to and they really don't do anything about it.
