Look, we do not borrow money from China. We are presently in a trade and currency war with China. About 1-2 years ago China devested 98% of all US holdings. Basically meaning they dumped all of their holdings of US bonds. Who bought those bonds? The Federal Reserve Bank. The Fed now owns 80% of all US debt and has complete control over the issuance of the American dollars.
