LOL Sounds like the Big dig on the Ohio. Now they have replace a lot of cement that was poured during the Big Dig. They had leaks, ceilings falling, lights that have to be replaced. What a mess the Big Dig was here.

The Engineers have been corrupted by the politicians and the environmentalists. If they donot do what they want them to do, it is curtains for their budget.

Actually, environmentalists don't have a lot of love for the C of E. They've engaged in many projects that environmentalists have objected to. Politicians ARE corrupt, obviously.
