PP performs abortions, yes, but it's main function is to provide testing, healthcare, and contraception/family planning for women who could not afford it otherwise. Many PP clinics, do all of the latter without performing any abortions at all.

Why should a woman NOT be held accountable for her work against other women's rights? NOW should back her just because she has a vagina?

My favorite is, "Buerkle said it was telling that the debate in March on a continuing resolution to fund the federal government for the rest of this fiscal year came down to taxpayer funding of abortion. The left is so committed to abortion that they were even willing to halt funds to American troops overseas in order to underwrite its most prominent U.S. provider. This is what conservative women are up against."

Funding PP does not go to abortion at all. Nor are public services funded the same way the military is; one does not have anything to do with the other. You could also say that the neocons were willing to halt funding to the troops in order to continue their war on women's rights.

The ridiculous assertion that funding PP doesn't fund abortions is the irrationality of the Left and their little murders now four and a half times as many as the German Socialists committed in WWII. Giving money to one pocket frees money in the other pocket, numbnuts.

You;ve obviously never worked in a corporation, idiot. Accounting is very much involved with which funding goes to which function.

PP operates its abortion clinics separately from their other services; each side has its own funding. Since the majority of all funding comes from donations, the governmental money can be freely left to the healthcare operations while the abortion facility uses money from private donations (often specifically given for abortion funding) and fees. Since the money is kept separate, it is none of your business whether or not donation money goes to one side or the other. ALL taxpayer money goes to the non-abortion functions, and that is ALL that need concern you.

It's as much my business that Federal funds validate and empower the race slanted eugenics agenda of PP as whether Federal monies go to promoting homosexuality.

They may be performed in the same buildings, but not the same clinics. The areas that perform abortions have their own supplies, billing, funding, etc.

You want people that work in hospitals to forced to help with abortions evn though they disagree with it and that is a choice that should be given to them like the choice to have an abortion.
