55 MPH? Although a pain at times, the 55 MPH speed limit DID reduce consumption ... and that could reduce gas prices.

BUT it IS just another band-aid. Until we change lifestyles so we are not addicted to cars, gas prices will rise and eventually we will run out. The change will come, whether by choice early on, or by force later (market collapse and the related dislocations and financial pain).

Get used to it now: The gas car is dead ... Resistance is futile ...
