I'm sorry but the pandering to the asian community in the city of San Gabriel has just got to stop. There many more people before Chi Mui that gave tirelessly to San Gabriel and for a lot longer. I'm sorry for his illness but come on this is just pandering to a certain ethnic group that has ruin San Gabriel.

Sounds like Mr. Schiff took some money from the asian community to make that happen. How about Falabrino Kennedy or Achilles who served many more years than this gentleman....oh sorry they arent asian. Nice way to return the favor Mr. Schiff for lining your pocket

Like most politicians, Schiff is a pandering wh-re but does receive a disproportionate of campaign contributions from the Asian community. Does anyone know how many buildings in China have been named after Americans?

I know another very famous Chinese man that never got his due. A great man and a great fry-cook. His name was Hop Sing and he used to work for my family in Nevada. We owned a little ranch near the Lake Tahoe area. He used to make us all laugh by saying; "with six you get eggroll" all the time. He never got a building named after him, but we did name the outhouse "lil china" because it smelled like our kitchen.

San Gabriel Makes Me Sick

Alhambra has really got their things under control in terms of their city looking like a foreign country. But as far as San Gabriel goes they have no clue. It's like they dont care. The signage is over bearing with foreign language with small script of what the business is. Its really sad and makes me sick to what has happen to San Gabriel. And they preach diversity, What diversity theres no diversity in San Gabriel it's all asian. Even the old Panchito's building the original city hall is splattered with Asian signage.
