I mean after all it takes time to get the Base/Post Exchange in place for our troops to buy their CD'S and other goodies. And it takes time to build those womens latrines and barracks, OH I'm sorry, I should say Dorms. All of those plans have to be done first. Then we have to call up the National Guard to see if they might be able to support such an endevor, it takes time to mobilize, get them in place, and then maybe start to think about how to kill the ememy. I do think 6 months is a little more realistic. Nah, any attempt to close the Straits will drive prices up 25-60% almost overnight. The immediate effect on Europe and the Far East will be huge and they will, in turn, look to Israel for answers because they have been prepared for this moment. In many respects Obama will be a non-player. Being a player requires energy, commitment, and conviction. Obama has none of the above. But he will master the dog leg on 14 and reduce his handicap by 3 strokes.

I have been watching the administration and it's UN minion back tracking on the Libyan raid. It is very obvious to at least me that this was a well planed and pretty well executed raid by people that had one goal in mind, that was to kill the ambassador. It wasn't a by chance that he was there thing, they knew in advance that he was coming. They knew when and where the safe houses were and they knew of his comings and goings. They knew!!!! Having spent a little time in Libya I know that they take a long time to get and act on an idea. Libyans are not the sharpest tacks in the box. Butt ugly Hillary, Rice at the UN and of course bozo and all of their advisors just can't or won't tell the American public the truth and it is all because of politics. We were wrong to go into Libya, we were wrong to back the English, French and Italian march on the oil fields, and we were wrong to eliminate Gadaffi. And now we are trying to tell the public that there is a democracy in place in Libya, that people, is pure bullshit! Not in any of your life times will you ever see that happening. The killing of the ambassador had nothing to do with any film, but the film was used as a bold faced lie, conjured up buy an inept administration to cover their ass. After all this president doesn't want to upset that savage muslims trash.

EASY MONEY wrote: <quoted text> If they decide to block the Straits we will be forced to act. Because 50% of Chinese oil moves through there and about 75% of Japans. We will act. It's coming and the ecomomy will take a back seat until the end, witch in my estimation will take 6 months, give or take a couple. Why do we care if China and Japan cant get oil ? The US does not need middle eastern oil, let those who need it worry about it. Why should we go broke playing neighborhood cop ? China's Navy can make it that far, let them clear the Strait or sail around. Easy, why do support charity for the Asian world while admitting charity on the home front ruined our work ethics ? Is this some sort of childish psychology thing, ruin the Asians work ethic to boost our economy ?

They actually think the billygoats hate us because we buy whores and drink beer. When the billy's erupt in violence in a reaction to how we govern them the US public has no idea, they dont know we rule the billy's and have no idea they face a reaction from our bombs and dictators. We simply dont know what we dont know - in part because we are lied to and in part because we are arrogant. Either way the problems persist because we dont work on the causes, we are stuck squandering our futures chasing the effects. Who is hurt if the Strait is closed by Iran ? Saudi Arabia, China and Russia Why do we care, let the other adults at the table go broke chasing billygoats around the sandbox.

Maybe Israel could find an alliance with China and Russia without our help. The world would be better off without an omnipotent US foreign policy run by Goldman Sachs at our expense.

The top 15 things Americans should demand to turn the country around: 1. Term limits for politicians. 2. Repeal of lifetime salaries/pensions for politicians. 3. Restriction to one topic/subject per bill presented. 4. Elimination of Affirmative Action. Elimination of questions regarding race, gender, or sexual orientation from applications. Applicants should be chosen based on qualifications and Merritt. 5. Enforce immigration laws. 6. Rewarding USA production, tax foreign production. 7. Repeal all restrictions/laws infringing the second amendment. 8. Elect average people to represent average people. 9. Place a cap on campaign funds that can be spent for any given election. 10. The US Constitution and the legally ratified amendments should be followed to the letter. 11. I have no problem with the requirement of photo ID to vote. Tax payers would be charged less in the long run if the government provided free photo IDs to those who can't afford them. 12. Eliminate all unnecessary government jobs and agencies. 13.Allow third party candidates to participate in Presidential Debates. 14. Utilize domestic oil sources that are not being utilized. 15. Switch to a flat tax system with no deductions, starting at 15%, decreasing every 10 years as reliance on government assistance is phased out. That's a few of my beliefs and ideas for a renewed America.

The only reason lard assed Hillary is running around the world talking is that she wants to stay as far away from Bill as she can. The problem I have is that she accomplishes nothing and has yet to do anything of value for America except spend lots money. The State dept. is a empty suit filled with thousands of people doing zip. The only thing that they do do well, is keep on doing nothing. Why send a woman?, to male dominated countries, why attempt to show strenght to male dominated countries with a woman? That is one of the reasons that we are not respected or feared in the middle east. America has become a loathsome feminized country, with a feminized military, instead of a strong fighting machine that did once carry a big stick. The reason we have to think of what we will do if Iran closes the Strait is that we have binding agreements, saying that we will come to their aid if need be. And trust me, Japan will call in that marker and so will Saudi. We are lied to because we're more interested in what is happening on Dr. Phil or so you think you can dance or the voice or twenty other clap trap programs the America just love's and doesn't have the time to look at what is going on around the world. No! too busy watching or listening some dip-shit screaming hip hop, rap garbage. We're lied to because it's easy to bullshit Americans that can't tell you the names of 1/4 of the States capitols or where countries are located in this world.

The American people are lied to The Japanese people and Saudi's can handle a little lying also. No possible way to keep all the promises made by an imperial government, that is the nature of empires, Easy. They lie We are going broke lying to all, that is a function of going broke. Best way to solve the problem, pick who you will not lie to. Your view is that should be ? Saudi, Japan, China, etc....that is the sacred cow ? And the people can pound sand, literally ? Meanwhile, Syria is fighting against the billygoats we are fighting in Iraq and Afghansitan. Iran is assisting Syria as they kill off the billy's we failed to kill and now we are mad.......why are we mad about that ? Do we want Syria to look like Egypt, Tunisia and Libya ? Seems to me our duplicity has created chaos that is out of control. Russia and China are banking resources, energy and mineral wealth while we bank bad paper, broken promises and a big clumsy military. And we are worried about our word.......our honor ? Really ?
