Sometimes an investment overseas is just a good investment, or has some other value. I had a client come home from a Carribean vacation years ago and he handed me a chip from a new casino down there. He invested $20k and agreed to invest more over the next few years. It worked out well for him, because he used all the perks that came with being a part owner. He hasn't recouped his full investment yet, but he is well diversified.
Americans should celebrate wealth earned through hard work, and not punish it. Having a $million is like having another YOU. There's an army of Bill Gates' running around. He's building the WTC, growing corn, and carrying oil. Capitalism is a team sport.
Ted kennedy made a $billion trust in Fiji to avoid American estate taxes. At least Romney wants to lower everyone's taxes to unleash America, and not stifle it like Europe.

And there's no reason for Romney to move his investments to a federal blind trust until he becomes president, regardless of what Obama says. All this is smoke and mirrors to keep the eye off Obama's horrible record.
And while you're at it, tell Obama to release all his school records, including financial information as to how he could afford those schools.
