Heard what the Texas legislature might do? They have a bill up that will require any presidential candidate to PROVE citizenship by actually showing valid birth cert. and other forms of ID. Not sure what the other forms are though yet. If they can't or won't they will not be on the ballot. Probably will not happen, unfortunately.

No she didn't. Reid got the last minute union vote out in a state that will worse off in two years by a mile. Alaska was won legally by a primary election and then a by law was used by the crying loser which is a back up in the drive to world government so the candidate that loss like Lieberman, won. And in Delaware, you had a a career 40 year politician hack who is admired for wha the and others have put us now lose to an upstart who was destroyed by the media. Phase 2 starts in January. that includes eliminating the false tea partiers elected, and the next segment of RINO'S/NEO CONS and those who do not believe in freedom. Some of them might be in leadership positions now.

FEC Likely to Allow Obama Bailout for Biden

In a flashback to the campaigns of yesterday, the Federal Election Commission released a draft opinion to allow President Barack Obama’s campaign committee to transfer money to pay for campaign finance penalties left over from Vice President Joseph Biden’s 2008 White House run.

While a majority vote by the six-person FEC will be required for passage, the agency’s single draft bodes well for the former six-term Democratic Senator from Delaware.

Biden’s presidential campaign was fined $133,000 earlier this year after an FEC audit found minor violations, including stale-dated checks.

An early look at the 2012 landscape shows Democratic incumbents are the most vulnerable heading into the next cycle, with double the number of Democrats on the ballot as Republicans.

Senate Democrats have no obvious pick to lead the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, and they face an enthusiastic and newly buoyed Republican caucus with a real chance at winning back control of the chamber in two years.

There are 33 seats on the ballot on Nov. 6, 2012. The field will narrow and grow complicated as Senators inevitably decide to retire along the way and as contenders step up to run. But here’s a comprehensive look at the map as it stands today. Roll Call Politics has seven states in the Tossup category and 12 states that are only in the Leans category to remain held by the respective Senator’s current party.

Several Republicans may face primaries from the right, but GOP operatives tell Roll Call their bosses learned their lessons from watching Sen. Bob Bennett (Utah) lose the Republican nomination at a convention and won’t take their party’s support for granted.
