Palin Book Tour Coming to Rochester

Oprah Winfrey is only the beginning for Sarah Palin 's book tour. Starting Nov. 18, the day after Palin's book "Going Rogue" is released and two days after she is interviewed by Winfrey, the former Alaska governor and vice presidential candidate will make appearances around the country, from Grand Rapids, Mich., to Dallas to Rochester, N.Y.
