Final 'Harry Potter' Book Split Into Two Movies - 'Deathly Hall...

At first glance this sounds bad but the fact they're going to do a full job of Deathly Hollows is a good thing. If they're filming the two at the same time that's good so we won't end up seeing 22-year-olds playing 17 and 18 year olds. They had to do both films at once anyway as I got the impression they probably would have lost Emma Watson if they'd split the productions, too.

I really hope this movie will be good.. at first when i found out tha t there were going to be eight movies i was pretty mad because i had expected it to be one long movie with a fabulous ending. but now i can understand why they would want to make it two seperate movies. but i really do hope that they split it in the right place.

I'm so glad that they're actually going to cover most of the book (i'm assuming they will since they're doing two movies haha)
The 5th movie disappointed me greatly.
It was good if you didn't compare it to the book but to the book it was CRAP!

I'm stunned! I realize there is a lot going on in the 7th book, but to have to wait 1-1/2 years between movies is going to be a mightmare.

Actually you will have to wait 2 years. "Half Blood Prince" Hits theatres in Nov 2008 and "Deathly Hallows - Part 1" will come out in Nov 2010. The key here is to split the movie in the right place, but filming them back to back will make alot of sense and appease the fans that cant wait to see this final book made into an amazing movie(s).

Out of respect for the books this is good thing, I know a lot of fans wish that the previous movies had included lots of things the original books had. The last book being made into two movies to show the complete story is good. However I still think even if they are doing it for creative reasons if Harry Potter wasn't such a successful franchise they would not do that. If it didn't bring in the money it did then I don't think they would do it.

Does anyone know if a brown hair girl can audition for the part of Rose Wealsey in Deathly Hallows? Or audition for Lily Evans when Harry looks into the pensive? I was wondering becasue they are suppose to have red hair. If anyone could tell me that would be brilliant ( oh yeah i can speak in a british accent too!)

I think it's a great idea, since there is SOOOOOO much info in the 7th book!!! Plus they won't be cutting as much scenes out!!! I am in a great mood!! The 7th HP book is my favorite one!!!

i know I'll just milk it till the end.. split the movies.. that's it.. god I wish I'd thought of that before, could have doubled my money on the whole flaming deal....

It all depends on your acting talent. With a bottle of hair dye your hair can be any color you want. Do you think Orlando Bloom was a real blond in the "Return of the King?"

that is brilliant news im glad that has been decided i was quit worried that alot was going to be left out if it was only one movie, i cant wait to see it!!!

I think it was a great idea to split the movies, wish they had done it with the others. They left so much out of all the other movies they left me disappointed after reading the books.

I am going to be thirteen in November 2008 and I really want to know if there will be auditions for it. Being in the movie would be life changing it would make me a whole different person. I need to know plz plz plz write if you have answeres.

does anyone know if they have cast a really young lily evans - like 11-13ish. i would really love to play her but i havnt heard anything about auditions. plus im 13 going to be 14 in dec 08 so would i be too old?? please answer thnx
