Boy in court over hoax fire death
A district judge has criticised sentencing powers which left him unable to jail a youth for making a hoax fire call which led to a woman's death.

A pity we could not flog him. This boy needs a flogging. He is aprt of the monstrous creation that is now being created in Britain. The young are getting out of control thanks to the do-gooders
