you cant criticise pontypool for having the worst crime rate and then cut our police force. everythings been taken away from the town, theres nothing to do, no parking, no jobs. why dont you invest in the area give the people a life and maybe they will change. dont cut our police force we need them

the level of crime in pontypool and the surrounding areas is because of the lack of facilities for the public. children will cause trouble, if they are bored. There should be more officers patrolling the hotspot areas. I personally think that if the councils opened up youth clubs and things like that for the teens and children, then the crime rate would reduce by half!

People always blame lack of youth clubs ect for the high crime rates caused by youths!!! If these children were brought up properly in the first place they wouldn't be out committing crimes!!!! Go back to the days when they had no T.V there were no crimes about then, they made their own fun.Problem is parents are letting their kids run wild on the streets,I have even seen parents buying alcohol for their kids.

the sort of "facilities" that modern yobs want are wrecked cars, off-licences, bus shelters to wreck, old ladies to terrorize and doors to urinate on.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Virgo

You're feeling restless and need to introduce as much variety into your day as possible. However, you'll want this to be on your own terms, and you certainly won't like it if plans are changed without your consent or you feel you've lost control of the situation. Try to take everything in your stride, otherwise you'll end up feeling exhausted and frazzled.
